AI Frontend Developer

We are building our development processes around AI and are looking for a developer with hands-on experience in using and configuring AI tools and agents to automate the development lifecycle — from understanding requirements to delivering production-ready solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and evolve an AI-driven frontend workflow
• Configure and improve AI agents and development tools (orchestration, roles, context management, pipelines)
• Integrate AI into frontend product development: from prototyping to production code
• Adapt and optimize the frontend stack for an AI-first approach (project structure, conventions, DX)
• Set up and use local AI tools (Claude, Cursor)
• Participate in key technical decisions at the intersection of frontend, AI, and developer productivity

What We Expect From You

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Experience with Apollo Client, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, react-hook-form
• Proven hands-on experience in configuring AI agents and tools: task decomposition, solution preparation and PR generation, context management, and output quality control
• Experience building AI-assisted / AI-first development workflows
• Practical experience setting up local AI tools (Claude, Cursor)
• Product-oriented engineering mindset: ability to improve tools, processes, and architecture — not just write code
• Independence and ownership at a system level, not just task execution

Nice to Have

• Experience automating sales processes (lead handling, prioritization, communication, CRM integrations) or QC / support workflows (auto-checks, chat analysis, internal assistants)
• Advanced experience in mitigating AI hallucinations and validating AI outputs
• Experience with Supabase, Qdrant, edge functions, vector search
• Experience building internal product interfaces
• Knowledge of the gaming industry or game marketing
• Experience with A/B testing and quality evaluation frameworks (metrics, manual review loops)
