AI Product Manager

Over the past 8 years, we have become one of the market leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, more than 200,000 users come through our platform, annual revenue exceeds $25M, and our sales geography spans 100+ countries.

We are actively developing our product, automating internal processes, and integrating AI deeper into key areas of the business. We are now looking for an AI Product Manager — someone who can identify strong product opportunities at the intersection of user experience, operational efficiency, and AI tools, and turn them into working solutions with measurable business impact.

• Collecting and structuring product and operational hypotheses from internal teams, marketplace partners, and Overgear users
• Identifying growth opportunities at the intersection of product, automation, and AI: improving customer experience, increasing internal efficiency, reducing manual work, and speeding up delivery
• Building and developing the product backlog for your area: balancing quick wins, strategic initiatives, and AI-driven experiments
• Owning a dedicated product area and managing a cross-functional development team — from task definition to production release
• Improving the post-order user journey, both for customers and internal operations teams
• Launching and validating hypotheses through research, analytics, interviews, A/B tests, and fast MVPs
• Working with product and process metrics: identifying what truly impacts revenue, conversion, retention, SLA, and user experience
• Finding and proposing effective solutions using AI tools, agents, and third-party APIs when they help solve business problems faster and better
• Aligning the needs of users, the business, partners, and internal teams; making balanced product decisions and clearly defending priorities
• Contributing to Overgear’s goal of becoming the #1 service for gamers in its category

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience with AI-first or AI-enabled products
• Experience implementing AI functionality, automating internal processes, or launching AI tools for business needs
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or platform-based products
• Experience managing a cross-functional development team and bringing features to release
• Ability to collect, formulate, and validate product hypotheses
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research: interviews, user behavior analysis, feedback analysis
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to transparently balance customer, business, and stakeholder needs
• Experience with product analytics, reporting, key metrics, and basic A/B testing
• Understanding of how AI can be used in product work: research, prototyping, process automation, UX improvement, or creating new product scenarios
• Ability to quickly find practical solutions and, when needed, use external services, APIs, no-code tools, and AI tools to launch MVPs or test hypotheses
• English level B2+
• Interest in the gaming market, digital products, and user behavior

Nice to have

• Understanding of the gaming industry and user scenarios in gaming environments
• Experience playing MMORPGs or a strong understanding of this segment
