Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and gaming services (boosting and coaching). Over the past 8 years, we’ve become one of the market leaders in the US and Europe. Every month, more than 200,000 users use our platform, generating over $25 million in annual revenue, with sales spanning across 100+ countries.

We are now looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and drive the active adoption of AI solutions across the product, increasing user value and overall business efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

• Define and execute the company’s product strategy
• Analyze the market, competitors, and trends in the in-game services industry
• Develop and optimize the product portfolio based on data and research
• Lead and scale the product team (Product Managers, Analysts, Designers, etc.)
• Strong focus on open-source AI solutions within the product and across the company ecosystem (personalization, process automation, recommendations, forecasting, etc.)
• Launch and scale new product initiatives
• Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a CPO / Head of Product / Product Director
• Proven experience in e-commerce or B2C products (online goods or services)
• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in products — from idea to launch
• Strong understanding of product analytics, unit economics, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping (CJM)
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing market
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2)
• Fluent Russian (written and spoken)

A big plus:

• Experience working with marketplaces or data-intensive platforms
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and genuine interest in games
• Understanding of AI/ML stack integration into a product’s technology ecosystem
