We are now looking for a GameLead who will take ownership of the MMO direction and developing its product portfolio.

At Overgear, a GameLead is someone who can spot the potential of games, turn ideas into strong offers, manage the economics of the direction, and grow revenue. You will operate as the owner of your game vertical: launching MVPs, validating demand, tracking P&L, and making honest decisions on what to scale and what to stop.

What you’ll be working on

• Building the growth strategy for the MMO direction — analyzing the market, game seasons, patches, player demand, and deciding which offers to launch, scale, rebuild, or discontinue.
• Launching MVP offers within 30 days — bringing initial products to market and validating them through real customer orders.
• Managing the P&L of the direction — keeping focus on Gross Revenue, Clients, ROMI/ROI, and Margin %, and making timely decisions on what to strengthen and what to stop.
• Developing and reviewing offers — working together with content and marketing teams to create strong product pages and offers, improve what works, and remove weak solutions.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams — working with User Acquisition, CRM, Delivery, and Sales to ensure that pricing, acquisition channels, and customer experience are aligned and drive results.
• Staying closely connected to the MMO market and player audience — tracking patches, meta shifts, seasonal changes, audience behavior, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Preparing regular P&L reports — understanding the real economics of the direction and proposing specific actions to grow revenue and margin.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, gaming, or growth roles.
• Experience working with MMO, F2P, or live-service products.
• Strong understanding of MMO games and up-to-date gameplay experience: you should be confident in current mechanics, seasons, key in-game activities, and player behavior patterns.
• Understanding of P&L and key growth metrics: revenue, CAC, ROMI/ROI, and Margin %.
• Experience launching new products or offers — from idea to first sales.
• A systematic way of thinking: the ability to see the connection between demand, pricing, acquisition channels, and delivery.
• Experience working with promotion and acquisition channels — from performance marketing to influencer marketing.
• Strong English skills, B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working with game economy, pricing, and offer profitability.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel, or BI tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI and how interfaces affect conversion.
• Experience with influencer marketing.
• Experience quickly testing hypotheses and launching MVPs in uncertain conditions.
