Sales Manager

Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and gaming services (boosting and coaching). Over the past 8 years, we’ve become one of the market leaders in the US and Europe. Every month, more than 200,000 users use our platform, generating over $25 million in annual revenue, with sales spanning across 100+ countries.

We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help us convert warm leads into loyal customers.

What you’ll do

You’ll be working with warm leads — customers who are already interested in our services. Your tasks will include:

• Handling incoming chats from new and existing clients and converting them into sales
• Communicating with customers in written English, online and in real-time
• Increasing the average order value through upselling and cross-selling
• Recording your results in the CRM system
• Supporting and guiding clients throughout their entire journey with Overgear

What we expect from you

• 1+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2C, but B2B is also welcome)
• Experience in online or phone-based sales
• Written English level B2 and higher — you’ll be chatting with English-speaking customers and need to communicate naturally, without translation tools
• Willingness to regularly play video games to stay familiar with the content

A big plus

• Experience in the boosting industry or selling boosting services
